Salmon Philly Recipe









  • 3 Tablespoons Oil (Olive, Avocado, Vegetable) 
  • 3 (6oz.) Skinless Salmon Fillet.

** Note that if you can only find skin on, If you pan 

  • Sear for 3 minutes skin down, It will pull right off. 
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • Seasoning salt, Black pepper, garlic powder
  • Hoagie Rolls
  • Provolone Cheese

Salmon Instructions 

Wash salmon under cool water and set to the side


Dice Bell Pepper and Onion, set aside!

Heat a medium pan on medium heat and add oil. 

Add Salmon and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Break Salmon into small pieces and add seasonings. 

Next, add in peppers and onion mix. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes! 

Top with cheese, toast roll.

Plate and Enjoy!
