All Twenty-Eighteen: A Mini Guide to Getting Your Shit Together!

Happy New Year!

2018 is going to be an amazing year! For those who are looking to start new things, but find it difficult to get started. I have a couple of tips to help you initiate the process.

Beginning is the hardest part; however, once you get the ball rolling every step forward becomes easier.


Write out the top 5 – 10 things you wish to accomplish for the week.

Rank them from highest to lowest priority.

Be sure to add things to the list you’ve been putting off or have been afraid to do. Push yourself to do that one hard thing a day.

Do not move on to the next goal until you have completed the previous one.


It is perfectly normal to be fearful. Fear often times stop us from making moves that we truly desire to make. Push yourself to move past it. If you do an extra 1% each day you will see major changes in your life.

The only difference between you and the person you want to be is: one person operates from a mindset of potential; while the other has the mindset of performance. People who work from a mindset of only having potential, live there! They talk about what they are going to do and how they are going to do it but NEVER get it done! The person who operates in a space of performance starts to move towards their destiny WHILE they are planning!

This year, I think you should do any, and everything your heart desires. If you have goals make your number one task getting them accomplished. If fear has been a factor holding you back last year, be sure to kick its a$$ this year!
